If you are having problems logging into our website while using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions below.
1.On your Internet Explorer browser, click the Tools menu (if you use the latest version of Internet Explorer, press F10 on your keyboard), then select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.
2.On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete. The Delete Browsing History dialog box appears.
3.Under Cookies, click Delete cookies. A dialog box appears asking if you want to delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
4.Click Close to close the Delete Browsing History dialog box.
5.Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box and save your changes.
Remember the process of deleting cookies may differ depending on which Microsoft Internet Explorer version you are using, but the processes are very similar.
